Thanks to this fascinating language game, players  can practise:

- the difference between English tenses (the fields contain words and time expressions indicating how we should form a sentence, e.g. at the weekend, tomorrow, this evening);

- building three basic types of sentences (affirmative, negative, and interrogative sentences) - a specific type of sentence is indicated by the color of the field;

In addition to the traditional board game, players have special tasks to perform that not only teach English, but also make the game engaging and fun.

TIME MACHINE Travel between PRESENT PERFECT and PAST SIMPLE + extra card game QUIZ & ACT

TIME MACHINE Travel between MIX OF ENGLISH TENSES (big board)

TIME MACHINE Travel between PRESENT SIMPLE and PRESENT CONTINUOUS (big board)

3 amazing board games to practise the differences in English tenses.

"The ways of teaching English tenses can vary, but unfortunately, in many cases, mastering specific constructions consists of performing boring exercises. Our students do not like it. They want an English lesson to be engaging, interesting, colorful and exciting. That is why I use Time Machine series, which not only teaches specific grammar constructions, helps distinguish them, but also correctly enables to practise building different types of sentences. The game also contains a cultural quiz about English-speaking countries, which further broadens the children's knowledge in a non-standard way."
